Our app allows coaches to create their profiles and offer their expertise to clients who can then request consultations through the app. Truly provides a space for coaches to share their knowledge and for clients to learn and grow with the help of a supportive coach.
Q: How does Truly work?
A: After creating a profile on Truly, coaches can set their availability and pricing for consultations. Clients can then request consultations with coaches and schedule a time for the session. During the session, the coach and client can interact through video chat and work together to achieve the client’s goals.
Q: Who can use Truly?
A: Anyone can use Truly! We welcome coaches and clients from all backgrounds and expertise areas. Whether you’re a certified coach, a fitness trainer, a nutritionist, or an artist, there’s a place for you on Truly.
Q: Is Truly only for one-on-one coaching?
A: Currently yes. But we plan to offer group coaching sessions for coaches who prefer to work with multiple clients at once. Group coaching can be a great way to build a community and support system for clients who share similar goals or interests. Let us know if you’d like to be part of the beta program for this feature.
Q: How much does Truly cost?
A: Truly is free to download and use! However, coaches are able to set their own pricing for consultations, so the cost may vary depending on the coach’s expertise and availability.
Q: How can I access my earnings?
A: To access your earnings as a verified coach, navigate to the “Earnings” section in the menu. Your account balance and withdrawal options will be displayed there. For the first withdrawal, you’ll need to link your bank account to enable transfers. This part of the process is handled by Stripe, the same trusted partner that powers all Lyft transactions, so you can rest assured that your information is secure. Once your account is set up, simply go to the “Earnings” page, choose the amount you’d like to withdraw and complete the transaction. Please note that Truly applies a 7% processing fee for each withdrawal to cover operational, hosting, and credit card expenses.
Q: Is my information safe on Truly?
A: Yes! We take privacy and security very seriously at Truly. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information and do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
Q: How can I become a coach on Truly?
A: To become a coach on Truly, simply create a profile on our app and set up your expertise and pricing. Then verify your account to provide added credibility to your profile. Once your profile is complete, clients can start requesting consultations with you right away!
Q: How can I delete my account?
A: To delete your Truly account simply email us at hello@jointruly.com from the same email that you used to create your account, also include your username and a message stating that you would like your account and associated data to be removed from the system.
